Shipping and Return Policies

We guarantee 100% satisfaction on all of the products purchased from us.  If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order, and we will give you a full refund or full credit toward the purchase of another item of your choice. Please note you will be responsible for any cost you incur in shipping the product(s) back to our warehouse.

You only pay a $7.50 shipping fee no matter how large your order is (except for international shipments, see international terms and costs below), or how many items you order. Free Shipping on all orders that total $99.00 or more! Unfortunately we cannot offer Free Shipping on International shipments.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on special order items such as special size veils not listed on our site, diamond white veils, sparkle veils, and veils that have accents added such as rhinestones, pearls, or lace cannot be returned.

Ship Dates

Most orders within 2 business days after receipt of your order. This does not include special order requests which will normally ship within 7 business days after receipt of your order (excluding holidays and weekends). If an item is not available to ship, you will be notified immediately of the availability date. USPS Priority Mail normal delivery takes 2-4 days from ship date, depending on where you live (excluding holidays and Sundays).

Shipping Charges

All orders placed will have a standard shipping charge of $7.50 if shipped by USPS Ground Freight. Wedding-Veil.Com offers three kinds of shipping to all continental U.S. Customers. Please note express shipping options are only available (2nd Day Air, Next Day Delivery) for "Headpiece with Veil", "Headpiece Only", and "Veil Only" orders. If you have ordered items other than those specified above, you will be called with additional shipping charges.

All "Headpiece and Veil", "Headpiece Only", and "Veil Only",  will be shipping by USPS Priority Mail (unless Overnight shipping is requested and than they will be shipped by UPS). All other items will be shipped direct to you from our drop ship partners via UPS!

***If you have a multiple item order (more than 10 items), and have chosen, 2-day or overnight shipping, you will be contacted with a different shipping quote.   Rates will vary, depending on the size of the package.  All orders under 10 items will be charged as listed above.  Please call if you would like a shipping quote before placing your order.

Wedding-Veil.Com offer two kinds of shipping to Alaska and Hawaii:

USPS Priority Mail Delivery:  (2 to 4 days) $7.50
UPS Overnight/Next Day Delivery: $45.00

Delivery time estimates are listed below:

  • USPS Priority Mail can take anywhere between 2 and 4 days,
    depending on where the order is being shipped.

  • USPS 2nd Day Air shipments are delivered two days (Monday-Saturday) after
    ship date.

  • UPS Overnight/Next Day shipments are delivered the next business
    day after ship date.

International Shipping

All international shipments are made through the United States Postal Service. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for your shipment to arrive. Unfortunately tracking shipments through the Postal Service is delayed, and not very timely. The standard shipping cost for Canada is $25.00. The cost for all other countries is $50.00. Unfortunately we cannot offer Free Shipping on International shipments!

Rush Orders

All rush orders should be called into us directly at 1-888-492-8101. Any order placed that requests same day shipment, will be charged a rush fee of $15.00 in addition to the price of the item purchased and Express Shipping Charges (if requested). Not all items are guaranteed to be in stock at all times. If you want to rush an order, please call for availability of the item you wish to purchase.

Cancellation of Orders

Your order can be cancelled within 24 hours of your order date without penalty (excluding any rush orders).

Tracking your shipment

Once your shipment has been sent, you will be e-mailed your USPS and/or tracking number. After receiving your tracking number, you can track your package by clicking on this link if your order was shipped Priority Mail USPS

and this link if your order was shipped by UPS UPS Tracking.  You can use these links to track the status of your shipment, and get an estimated delivery date for your order. Your order should arrive within 2-4 business days of your ship date. If your order is shipped to your home, and there is no one available to sign for it, your package will be left on your doorstep.

It is highly recommended that you choose a shipping address where there will be an adult available to sign for your package. We assume no liability for any packages left at a door, or that have not been signed for by an adult. 
You will also be charged a $5.00 re-routing fee for any redirection of the package from the original address given when the order was placed.

Delivery of your shipment

If your package does not arrive within 10 days of your ship date, please contact us so we can initiate a claim the US Postal Service or UPS. In the unlikely event your package is lost, we will file a claim with either USPS or UPS and re-ship your order at no additional charge to you!

Damage Claims

If you receive a box that has been damaged, please call us immediately so we can file a claim with USPS or UPS. If we are not notified of the damage claim within 3 days of receipt of your shipment, we will assume that the package was delivered in good condition. If the item you ordered was damaged during shipment please notify us immediately by e-mail weddingveil@bresnan.net  or call 1-888-492-8101.

Returns

(returns sent back in envelopes of any kind will not be accepted because of the damage incurred to the product when this is done)

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on discontinued or closeout items. If you have any questions call us before ordering at 1-888-492-8101.

International Shipments and returns:

All international shipments are made through the United States Postal Service. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for your shipment to arrive. Refunds will only be processed after you return the shipment at your expense. All items returned have to be returned in new condition. No refunds will be issued on items that are returned damaged or soiled. To return a shipment you will have to get a "Return Authorization Number" from our shipping department.


Special made veiling (veil sizes not listed in our custom order section, diamond white veils, shimmer veils, or veils that have been ordered with special accents such as pearls, rhinestones, etc) or customized headpieces cannot be returned. The following conditions must be met before a return is accepted.

1. All return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of order, and must be accepted at our receiving department within 15 business days following the issue date of the return authorization number, or no credit will be given.
2. The item is in brand new condition and not altered or modified in any way.
3. The item has not been worn or damaged.
4. The return date is prior to wedding date.
5. The item must be returned in its original box with packaging.
6.. All returns must have your Return Authorization Number  clearly printed on outside of box.

To Exchange

You are responsible for the shipping charges to return the item. We will apply your credit towards the item you want in exchange. We do not pay shipping charges on the exchanged item is shipped. The item you have requested an exchange for will not be shipped until the original item is received back from you.

If you would like the new item shipped to you before we get the original one back, we will charge you the full amount of the new headpiece, and after we get the original headpiece back we will issue a credit for your original purchase. Special made veiling (veil sizes not listed in our custom order section, colors other than white or ivory,  or veils that have been ordered with special accents such as pearls, rhinestones, etc) or customized headpieces cannot be returned.  The following conditions must be met before an exchange will be accepted: 

  1. All exchange requests must be made within 14 days after you receive your order.

  2. The item must be in brand new condition and not modified or altered in any way.

  3. The item has not been worn or damaged.

  4. The exchange date is prior to wedding date.

  5. The item must be returned in its original box with packaging.

  6. All returns or exchanges must have your Return Authorization Number clearly printed on outside of box.
